What Should I Do To Prepare My Site For Delivery?

All we ask is that your site be big enough to support the size unit you are renting. There should be plenty of room for our driver to back in, tilt the bed, and pull straight out. The ground should be fairly level and solid enough to support the weight of the container.

What Happens If The Unit I Rent Gets Damaged or Graffiti?

You will be responsible for all damages done to a container while in your possession. However, we do offer an awesome RENTAL DAMAGE COVERAGE PROGRAM. For an additional percentage of your rental fees, this program can cover you against most damage and graffiti.

What Are The Rental Terms

A complete verbiage of all rental terms can be found here, or on the front of a rental agreement. Rental periods are each calendar month with a one month minimum. Your first invoice will reflect the rental charges prorated for the remainder of the current month plus delivery, pick up fees, and taxes. Only the rental portion of your bill is taxed.

What Sizes Are Available?

Readily available sizes of storage containers are 20', 24', and 40'. We are able to locate special sizes for special needs. All units are 8' wide and most are 8' 6" high. They are painted and have our heavy duty lock protector installed.

Office sizes are 20' Storage / Office Container, 20' Full Office Container, 40' Storage / Office Container and our Luxury Office Trailers. All office units are insulated, equipped with air conditioning, power outlets, phone jacks, desks, plan table, florescent lighting and 115V power cord.

How Do I Rent One?

Just One? Renting units from us is very easy. Simply call (559) 733-5345 or view the "Contact Us" web page. A friendly representative will guide you through the rest of the process. We simply collect your billing information, delivery information, what equipment you need, and setup a delivery date and time. Done! Upon, or prior to delivery you will be required to sign a rental agreement. Shortly after delivery, you will receive your first bill in the mail.
